"Theatre of Taste" is the first and the only culinary theatre in Moscow."Theatre of Taste" is an artistic workshop that is searching for the harmonious fusion of theatre and gastronomic art.
Food is one of the most important parts of any country's culture, which represents and comes from the society's values and traditions. Our goal is to reveal these customs with the help of theatre.
The main ideas of our plays and performances are HOME and FAMILY. Kitchen is the place where stories live and we are sharing the stories from every corner of the globe: the fairy-tales of Italian grandmothers, the French bakers' secrets and of course the history of our own beloved country.
Our plays have no spectators. Every guest that crosses out threshold turns into an actor and makes the story becoming a little mouse, an Italian chef or even a Chinese princess along with our actors.
"Theatre of Taste" is not only the theatre of tasty food. We are trying to find tasty literature, music and tasty people above all things.
